An ideal conveyor for heavy loads and zoned controls, this conveyor can handle parts up to 2000 pounds at a speed of 20–30 feet per minute. It is used in the automotive industry to convey parts between machining operations.

Conveyor cross-section designed per application in conjunction with:

• Plastic, powdered metal or steel rollers ( 2½” to 4¾” dia.)
• UHMW or sure-alloy part guides
• 7/8” or 1” steel hex shafts
• ½” , ¾” or 1” wide side members  x  5½” to 6” high
• Flanged or pressed-in support bearings
• 110V or 460V conveyor drives
• Pneumatic or electric part escapements
• Roller assemblies driven by chain & sprocket or gear to gear
• Drips pans for dry floor

• 90° or 180° “zoned” powered roller curves
• Turntables, pneumatic or electric
• Elevators, pneumatic or electric
• Side shuttle for QC check, pneumatic or electric
