DEBURRING SYSTEMS
Many precision machined parts regularly have burrs on them after the regular machining options. These burrs can interfere with fit and operation of a part so need to be removed in a deburring operation. Creative Automation has teamed up with two German companies to provide Deburring solutions for our customers
WMS-engineering GmbH (www.wms-engineering.de ) is a manufacturer and integrator of robotic deburring cells. These cells use standard industrial robots combined with advanced deburring tools to remove burrs from a wide variety of parts, efficiently saving many hours of labor.
Mannesman-Demag (www.mannesmann-demag.com ) is a manufacturer of air spindles used to hold the deburring tools allowing for more custom applications than what WMS normally handls. These spindles can be mounted in fixtures on robots or linear positioning systems etc, allowing for wide variety configurations, whatever best suits your application.
