Conveyor: Technical Description

  • Electro-mechanical drive system. Drive shafts and bevel gears used to turn the rollers.
  • Friction of each roller is adjustable via a coupling.
  • Structure built with Altratec Aluminum extrusions.
  • Steel drip pans
  • Stops are electro--mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic.

Escapement with shocks, self-locking in up position. Electro-mechanical device for stops, integrated inside of the guarding.
  • Rollers are steel or plastic depending on application.
  • Ball bearing supports on all drive shafts.
  • System is modular.

Friction of each roller adjustable via couplings.
